Seraphine - upcycled fuchsia guipure slip dress UK 10
I love buying vintage for the purpose of reworking and reviving them and changing them into something much more wearable, modern and unique. I design/drape them directly onto my stand and use a mixture of both new & vintage trims/fabrics.
This dress started off as a plain, simple vintage slip dress in a gorgeous vermillion colour where I then draped a complimentary lace fabric in a romantic, whimsical style. Tucks and pleats were hand sewn into place and the neckline was finished with a heavy cotton fuchsia guipure lace trim and embellished neckline.
Measurements: Recommended size UK10/US8/MEDIUM for a body skimming fit.
Bust: approx 44cm
Waist: approx 41cm
Length = approx 97cm with adjustable straps
I would recommend dry clean but a gentle hand wash should be OK.
