If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may be eligible for a credit note, but not a refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

  • unused

  • in the same condition you received it

  • in its original packaging


Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Cut fabrics

If you are contacting me from a different email address than your original order, I may need proof of purchase.


Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds can be offered, for example, items returned in a condition different from how they were sent, or with missing parts, not due to an error on my part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email confirmation and issue your refund accordingly.

If your refund seems delayed:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card issuer as processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank, they may require extra time to post refunds.

If you still haven’t received your refund after taking these steps, please reach out.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

A return address will be provided once you get in touch.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is mine.

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

  • Please consider using a tracked service, as refunds, returns, and exchanges can only be processed once the item has been safely received.
