🌸Ordering

  • Many items are handmade in my home. Others are made-to-order or produced with trusted partners who print my designs only once an order is placed which helps keep waste to a minimum and also allows me to spend more time designing.

  • Yes! Certain products, such as personalised pouches, can be customised. Contact me with your idea and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

    I’m also open to other ideas you have!

  • If your order hasn’t been started or shipped, I’ll do my best to accommodate changes. Please contact me as soon as possible.



🌸Shipping

    • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 working days

    • Made-to-order or custom pieces: timing varies by product; see the listing description

  • Yes! I ship worldwide.

  • No, US orders include all tariffs and duties upfront, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

  • Tracking is provided for all tracked shipping options at checkout.


🌸Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details can be found on my Returns & Exchanges page.

  • Yes! I ship worldwide.

🌸Products & Materials

  • I work with natural, recycled, and responsibly sourced fabrics wherever possible. Packaging is recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable.

  • Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of Six Acre Meadow. I design intentionally, produce responsibly, and only make what’s truly needed. Learn more on the Sustainability page.


🌸Gifting

  • Absolutely! No pricing information is included in the parcel. You can add a personal message at checkout.

  • Yes. Digital gift cards are available.

  • Yes! I offer wholesale for small and independent retailers, boutiques and curated gift shops. All products are made in small batches with a focus on quality and sustainability.

  • Yes. MOQs vary depending on the product. Most items have low, accessible minimums to support small businesses. If you're unsure, just ask!

  • Absolutely. I regularly create branded pouches and bespoke products for other small businesses including photographers, wellness brands, makers, and indie labels.
    If you’d like something personalised for your shop or event, I can work with you to design and produce it.

  • Yes. Retailers new to Faire can enjoy benefits such as Net 60 terms, free returns, 50% discount and free UK shipping for a year.

  • I offer selective white-label options for businesses who want to stock my designs under their own brand. Availability varies by product, for example, signature pieces such as my best-selling peony print remain exclusive to Six Acre Meadow and are not available for white-label use.

    However, if you love one of my designs, I’m always happy to create something similar in style but unique to your brand. If you have an idea or product in mind, please get in touch and I’ll let you know what’s possible for wholesale or white-label production.

  • Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination, and I can provide a quote before you place an order.
