Magdalene - upcycled slip dress UK 8
I've been collecting vintage for years, especially slip dresses!! I wanted to repurpose them into something entirely unique and whimsical thus creating a sustainable collection by reducing clothing and textile waste.... and also this will be the only dress in existence. I would never be able to recreate it. Great for an alternative bridesmaid and/or wedding look... or wear it to occasions, or barefoot in lavender fields...
♦ FEATURES
- This one is BRIGHT!
- I draped a neon orange mesh over the top of an equally bright vintage slip dress.
- Hand dyed yellow embroidered trims.
- Finished off with a sprinkling of artificial flowers to adorn the waist line.
♦ MEASUREMENTS: (recommended size UK 8 / US 4 for a flowing fit)
- Bust: approx 36cm but there is some stretch to it
- Length: approx 113cm with adjustable straps
♦ THINGS TO NOTE
- Please note, the draped mesh layer has raw edges but does not fray
- Due to the nature of upcycling from vintage, each piece may have slight imperfections which is just part of the overall aesthetic and may not be to everyone's taste such as raw finishes, contrast/visible hand stitching etc..
- I would recommend a dry clean, gentle hand wash or machine washable at 30 degrees, but place in a laundry bag.

- Love this dress but want something changing? I can alter anything in my shop, just ask and I can send a quote! Strictly no returns on altered items.
