This dress began life as a vintage orange slip dress, chosen for its warmth and luminous tone. I hand-dyed pink cotton lace trims to perfectly complement the base, adding a sense of delicacy and contrast. Across the bodice, metallic crochet lace has been pleated to create movement and add a sculptural, artisan feel. The back features a panel of coral lace that brings depth and softness to the silhouette.
